Endowment

Gifts to DeCordova's endowments ensure that the Museum has a robust and stable future. Income from these invested funds is used for the endowed fund's purpose, with the principal amount protected in perpetuity

Sculpture Park Endowment

DeCordova's Sculpture Park is undergoing an exciting transformation which will make it the nation's preeminent outdoor sculpture venue within a decade. In order to support the growth of its most unique asset, DeCordova has created a new Sculpture Park Endowment with a lead gift of $1 million from the Parker Family Foundation of Lexington, MA. The Sculpture Park Endowment will support changing sculpture exhibitions, innovative educational programming, and scholarship in the field of outdoor sculpture.

Art Acquisition Fund

The DeCordova Sculpture Park + Museum Art Acquisition Fund was established for the sole purpose of purchasing or commissioning artwork for the DeCordova Permanent Collection. With the establishment of this endowment, DeCordova has become more pro-active in its acquisitions of contemporary artwork.
